Calm Spray |
This spray is beneficial for releasing the inner storm of emotional
and mental stress. Using this spray 4 or more times a day, in
conconjuction with the affirmation, may help you to:
- ease your emotional stress
- release tension in your body
- calm the mind

Directions For Use
Shake the bottle to activate the healing properties with in the
spray. Take a slow, deep breath. Visualize yourself standing in a
beam of soothing blue light. Mist the spray above your head, take
a deep breath, and as you do so, silently affirm, "I am breathing
in peace and calm". Now, exhale and silently affirm, "I am exhaling
worry and tension". Continue with the affirming breaths until you
feel more at peace.
